With living arrangements becoming more dense and the construction boom in full swing Sydney is experiencing a move towards inner urban development. The nature of the building industry has builders working towards a strict and competitive program. This can result in a poor quality finish to your apartment. A Kingdom Building apartment handover inspection before settlement will identify defect areas that need rectification. Once the items are made good by your builder you can have confidence and peace of mind in the knowing that your investment property is ready to be tenanted.

Pre sale inspection

Vendors looking to have a pre sale inspection report conducted on their home prior to either a normal sale or auction are at an advantage when it comes to a smooth sale. With added transparency the pre sale inspection report becomes a useful negotiation tool for the vendor. Identification of  building defects, non compliance issues etc. prior to placing the home on the market ensures the vendor is on the front foot by enabling them to either make good the defect or offset cost of repair against sale price.
